During browsing "bug reports" subforum found this:

Someone was messing with forum directly from db? Why this topis without replies was posted by FactorioBot (link pointing to Sanqui) where last (and only) post is from Sanqui?

Yes, FactorioBot has db access. He obviously isn't very good at stealing posts, leaving behind evidence like that. :P

Because they had to recreate an exact topic id to match the link in old game versions desync message.
