[0.17.52] Game crashes on start up.

[0.17.52] Game crashes on start up.
Game crashes while loading in, I have no save files or mods yet as this is a fresh install. Ran through steam and it crashes while loading sprites, .dmp provided below.

It is crashing in Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver; what kind of GPU do you have? Did you install drivers for it?
