REQUEST: UI Scale Mod

Hi, I'm new to Factorio, having discovered it from a youtuber named Zisteau. I started playing a couple days ago on my small laptop, and it's been amazingly addicting. However, after I decided to get serious about it on my desktop I've realised that the game was not designed for my large resolution of 2560x1440. I often find myself leaning in and squinting to see what I'm doing. While zoom works for the general world, I'm finding myself really frustrated at the small size of the UI elements. Could someone write a mod to provide scaling options for these? 1x, 1.33x, 1.66x and 2x strike me as the most needed options, though increments of .25 would also work.

I don't mind a little blurriness in the scaling, it's a small price to pay for being able to see! And it'll work a lot better than the other option, which is to change my desktop resolution every time I play.

(Sidenote: I'm currently on the recommended release, but if any modder prefers to write for 11.x I'm happy to update.)
