0.17.49 desync when joining multiplayer constantly

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

0.17.49 desync when joining multiplayer constantly

When I open up my friend's list and join from the game from one of my friends.... it always desyncs. I can play a solo game with all the same mods no problem.
