[Request] Make Settings for Inserters and Pumps visible on mouse over

Hi,
when I want to check a setting for inserter or pump, I always have to go there. It would be so nice if the setting would be shown on mouse over.
travelling around the whole factory for that is not fun.

It would be cool if all settings could be seen, like:
- the option for filter inserters,
- the settings for inserters by wire,
- the settings of pumps etc.
- Im not so familiar with the more advanced functions of the combinators, but I bet a mous over feature would add alot for people who use thoose alot.
