[0.17.45] Crash: "Swap buffers failed."

i was running a scenario that was stable
the error does not appear to be related to that
the error occured while i was watching youtube not clicked on the game(using windows split screen thing)
my stetem is full of bugs from past issues so if it is my end plese let me know

Did it happen just once or does it happen regularly?

Also what do you mean by "windows split screen thing"? The thing where a window can be snapped to one half of a screen and another window to the second half? Or is that something else?
