[0.17.45] Massive FPS decrease in 0.17

I am having problems with massive FPS decrease since the first experimentals of 0.17. In 0.16 I used to have steady 60 FPS, but in 0.17 I won't get over 14 even if I set all graphins settings to lowest possible. (These may not be the lowest, but none of them has any significant impact on FPS)
