All-Signal SR Latch Memory (SET/4tick, RESET/3tick)

This board is to show, discuss and archive useful combinator- and logic-creations.
Smart triggering, counters and sensors, useful circuitry, switching as an art :), computers.
Please provide if possible always a blueprint of your creation.

All-Signal SR Latch Memory (SET/4tick, RESET/3tick)

Send any signal to the upper electrical pole (with the red wire) to reset and send any signal to the lower one to save in memory. Get output from any one of the two arithmetic combinators on the right (using any color wire).

7 Arithmetic and 4 Decider combinators.
Performance (response time): SET/4ticks, RESET/3ticks

Note that this handles 1 tick input bursts as well as negative values. It simply takes 4 ticks for the information to propagate from the input to the output and 3 ticks for the reset signal to clear the output.

NOTE: Output is protected by signal back propagation so the module should work very reliably.

Thanks to SafwatHalaby and AlexAegis for their posts that helped me learn combinators.
