Completed Download - Sound feedback

What: Hi, I would really like to have gentle sound feedback in 3 moments: when mods and map have completed the download and when game sync is completed(might be the wrong translation, I play localized Factorio).

Why: My connection is very slow atm, so I surf online when big maps are downloading, would be very cool to have a feedback from the game when it's ready.
