Crash when removing conveyor tile

I'm having a crash when removing a specific conveyor tile, and can reliably reproduce it. This is 0.11.4, but the save game was created in 0.11.3. The specific one is evidenced by the attached screenshot, and occurs whether I have the splitter in hand. I do have the save file, however it is ~6MB, which is much larger than what I can upload to the forum. I can email or provide a link to it if needed.

I am having the same problem in 11.4; but it is any tile with something on it, with splitter in hand or not. It does not always crash but does about 50 percent of the time.
