[0.17.34] Undo during rail planner doesn't rewind planner

[0.17.34] Undo during rail planner doesn't rewind planner

When I am placing rails using the planner and I hit ctrl+z, I think the rail planner arrow should move back to where it was. This might be more of a feature request than a bug report.
