Crash at Startup "Windows 7"

Just got the game and im unable to launch the game in 64 bit mode, i can in 32 bit
I looked through these forums quite a bit, found alot of things i tried, updateing my service pack for windows and such.
Nothing so far has helped.. Pops up with a box saying the Exe has quit working, heres the error code.

Im Inspired by the support here on this site..

Apparently my computer was not installing winsdows updates correctly. And after reinstalling all of windows and whipeing my computer 64bit now works..
