[0.17.23] Navigating in the mod list "manage" tab using arrows does not scroll the screen

Hi,

When using the arrows in the manage mod tab while having a list of mod that needs a scrollbar, the list does not scroll when you reach the end of the list, but the selection does. The screen does not follow the highlight.

That behavior is not in the install or update tab.

In short

When you are here and press arrow down.

Edit: it does not scroll up either if you are in the top selection and press the arrow up.

I looked into this more and I think it's working for the next version of 0.17.
