I just updated to 0.17.23 and I got prompted by the changelog with changes as usual. But when I want to look back at the changelog, the ingame changelog button is disabled?

Hi,
I just updated to 0.17.23 and I got prompted by the changelog with changes as usual. But when I want to look back at the changelog, the ingame changelog button is disabled?

Main menu -> about -> changelog. The base game changelog is not included in the base mod.
