[0.17.x] linux sound troubles

With alsa-lib 1.1.7+ something breaks as the game tries to use OSS' /dev/dsp which i imagine is a fallback in case ALSA doesnt work.
Unfortunately there is nothing in logs about ALSA.

I'm having this problem in Ubuntu 19.04 beta. It seems this problem was already posted and put in the "Not a bug" section. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=64446

We'll use PulseAudio starting with 0.17.54, which should hopefully fix whatever issue you're having.
