[0.17.17]Missing resources after load

I have smelting block with train. Train is full, chests are full, belts are full, smelters are full, some stack inserters have resources "inside hand" - and nothing is in process of working atm. because of no place where put products.
I made save - and load back - and few resources from train are missing. It does not happen to every wagoon, just randomly to one or two and it is not "huge loss" just individual piecese.

Might be "some hidden belt compression in curves" happen between load and save - so no "real loss". Or might be dissapear resources inside hand of inserter. After few repeated save/refill train/load (3-5 saves) the dissapearing ends.

This is related to a splitter compression change, there is a small buffer in the splitters now.
