[0.17.15] Logistics tutorial error

I am actually playing 0.17.x on steam, 0.17.15 was the latest update that I downloaded.
I normally started a game created and sandbox scenario. When it happened the first time I got a popup saying that I should try the logistics tutorial, I did. It went normally until items got inserted into the passive provider chest then it displayed an error. (I know how to use logistics network with bots but many new players, they do not). After I accepted, I was brought to the main world(surface).
Log file, save file and short video(that shows the bug and everything before and after including starting and ending game) are uploaded in Dropbox.
I was enable to reproduce the bug multiple times.

Looks like it was just a migration problem, fixed in the next release
