[0.17.15] UI covers itself when scaled to 100%

Hi,
My native screen resolution is 1366x768. My UI scale is 100%. I had to increase it with the new update. Anything lower than that makes it so I can't see the toolbar very well, the icons are blurry and to small.

You can see the bottom right where the UI clips itself. the more notifications I get, the more it gets covered.
I expect to be able to move the UI where I'd like it to be.
