a redirect from bugs.factorio.com to the bug-forum

there exists wiki.factorio.com and forum.factorio.com and i instinctively typed bugs.factorio.com, which does not exist.
i suggest to add a redirect from bugs.factorio.com to https://forums.factorio.com/viewforum.php?f=7 which is less easy tro remember or type
