[0.17.14] Map download speed is limited when joining multiplayer games

[0.17.14] Map download speed is limited when joining multiplayer games

Explaining in few words as possible, I download Factorio multiplayer maps at around 730 kB/s while my internet can support download speeds of about 1700 kB/s (random internet files)
I tried looking around for settings and the forum and could not find anything related to this problem besides this and seems to relate to my problem since my ISP provides assymetric download and upload networks.
