[0.17.11] Multiplayer lag increasing with World Progress only affecting 1 Player

Hey there, i ve recently tried to play Factorio with some Friends and at first i only had a small delay, totally playable but it becomes worse with our progress and factory getting bigger.

so going through the Steps:

1: Started a multiplayer game with varying hosts( when im hosting everyone else is lagging)
2: Me or everyone else ( depending on if i were hosting or someone else) having increasing lag to an extend making the game unplayable.
3: Looking at my UPS and Bandwidth i expected clean gameplay.

Issue occurs on every map we started so far.

I included some files.
.log file may be very small but i just went into one of our multiplayer worlds, ran around and tried stuff for 2min, so it should contain everything.
save file is included
no mods were used

For performance issues, i have 100k bandwidth with 30k up and my pc fulfills the recommend specs by a good bit ( can go into details if required)

Also ingame FPS/UPS is at all times between 59.4 and 60, so no issues there, tho screenshot is included
