[0.17.9] Walking through pipe connection of offshore pump and boiler

Steps to reproduce:

- Start a new game
- craft an offshore pump and a boiler
- place them down so that the boiler directly connects to the offshore pump

You can walk between the offshore pump and the boiler now. I would have expected that this passage is blocked, due to the pipe connection.
