Logistic robots don't supply player

Setup:

• Logistic robot created

• Roboport placed

• Passive provider chest placed in the orange region of the roboport

• Any item (e.g. copper plates) placed in the provider chest

• Player standing in orange region of the roboport

Expected behaviour:
When the player requests the item in the chest, the logistic robot should transport that item from the passive provider chest to the player

Bug observed:

• When player requests the item in the chest, nothing happens. Only if the requested amount is increased does the robot travel to the player. If the requested amount is decreased, the robot again ignores the player.

• This happened in a multiplayer game: the host did not experience the bug, but the player who joined the game did
