My buddy makes music and uploads to YouTube.
Some of them seem like they would fit well in Factorio with some modification.
He reserves no rights, and is strongly anti-copyright on most subjects.

In summary: Free (as in freedom) music/music base that is unlikely to be heard anywhere else.
