[0.17.5] Open textbox without inventory open

I managed to display tooltip without open inventory. I did it by playing fast.

BTW: Not a bug, but anoying: It is easyly possible to press tab twice for many reasons without reading all, but it might be possible, that the bot says something important. There should be something to go back to the previous message to read it again. A button or SHift tab for exmple.
