[Twinsen][0.17.4] Wrong item selection status right after creating toolbelt placeholder with it

When I hold an item, drag it over the tool belt, and left click to place the item placeholder there the hand does not appear on the item icon even though I am holding the item. If I then try to click the item icon on the tool belt again, so as to not hold the item anymore, the hand appears and I continue to hold the item. If I click again then I stop holding the item.

It's a really small and unimportant bug compared to all of the other stuff that's getting reported but it has inconvenienced me several times and so I have decided to try to smite it like every other bug that I encounter in this game.

I can reproduce this. In simpler terms, when first "placing" an item in the toolbelt, the hand symbol does not appear on the new created icon in the toolbelt ...

Not so sure about this.
Never felt like this behavior is wrong.
Setting the filter and picking the item are distinct actions. Doing both at the same time seems confusing.

How does anyone else feel about it?

I don't feel strongly about it, but the hand can obscure smaller icons, and I know I didn't just put a hand into the toolbar. IMO this just needs an asterisk and a footnote.

I feel like the hand means "this is where you got this item."

Since you didn't get it through the tool belt, the hand shouldn't appear in the tool belt, even if you add it to the tool belt. For the hand to appear in the tool belt, you have to put the item down and pick it up through the tool belt.
