Hello All! I just switched from Steam engines to Only solar power. Currently sitting at 2.1k Panels and 1.8k accumulators. My question is, Is how do i manage a Power Bus with Big Electric Poles and the Small ones (Both steel) and still have a relatively adaptable factory for Trains later on. As of right now i am stopped at purple science with all science except purple and yellow done. I still need to automate purple and yellw science so im not sure if i should tear everything down and rebuild better or wait until i atleast get all science done.
Sorry if this post isnt terribly defined and good at all as im a tad frustrated with being unable to figure out a way to automate Purple and Yellow Science as well as find a decent way to manage power Distribution.

Power your assemblers and inserters with medium poles. Big poles are for long distance - for example rail lines or connecting different parts of a factory
Substations are pretty expensive, but also good. I use them for solar fields and in the end game with beaconed builds
