Attached the previous dump file because I restarted the game after the crash to see if the save file was corrupt. Everything seems fine and I'm unable to reproduce it.
I added lab research speed techs to the queue, then removed it and tried to exit the tree by pressing EWR (just a bunch of random key presses) - game froze and I got the error message to send the dump file here.
No mods, pure vanilla. Attached the last autosave as well.
