Link to mod portal in the mod menu

TL;DR

Add a link to the mod's page on the mod portal in the mod management menu.

Why ?

It would just be a small QOL improvement. There tends to be more information about a mod in its long description on the mod portal, and right now there's no quick way to get to this page from the ingame mod browser unless it's listed as the mod's homepage. Alternatively, it would at least be nice to default the homepage to the mod portal if none is set as I'm sure some mod authors would prefer to link their forum posts.
