[0.17.2][macOS mojave] Lagging zoom in/out with vsync on, graphical glitch with vsync off

Hi,

I'm seeing this weird graphical glitch on my 2018 MacBook Pro running 10.14.3.

When Wait for Vsync is turned off -> there's a horizontal pixelated line across the screen, around 1 tile wide. The line moves vertically at different times.

When Wait for Vsync is turned on -> sometimes zooming in/out becomes laggy. It takes my scrolling a while to register and the zoom in/out action is delayed by probably a second or two.

I'm running 0.17.2.
