[Dominik][0.17.2] Heat exchanger disappear from version upgrade

Hello,

it doesn't appear in the removed entities/items popup, but my heat exchangers disappear if I load my save file from 0.16.51.
There is also steam in the water pipes, which drops down to 0.0 after a few seconds. This steam can't be used, so it stays in the pipes, even try to pump it out doesn't work.
I also tried another save, but there it works correctly.

Hi, I haven't seen the save yet but I assume that the exchanger was removed because it was connected to some other fluid entity in a way that would mix wrong fluids. I should add some record to the migration report though.
What exactly do you mean by steam in water pipes? What makes the water pipes be water pipes?

Yes, I have one pipe accidentally connected to the steam. It doesn't occupy before, because there were always fluids in the pipes

I have added it to the migration info. Not really a bug so not going into the changelog. But next time, if you try to load the save, you should find it there.
