Pump without electricity

Hi, I'm new so I don't know much of the game yet, but my problem is that I'm trying to get electricity on an area away from home and water, so I'm using a train to transport the water. Thing is you need electricity to get the water out of the fluid wagon with the pump, so how am I supposed to get the water out to use it in a boiler without electricity?

Also generally, consider running large electric power poles along your train tracks.

But solar is a good choice to power the support infrastructure of power plants. Like inserters and combinators. Then they will always function (at least when backed up by accumulators) even if the plant runs out of fuel for some reason
