Forum Section

Hello,
I have noticed some mod makers have their own section of the mod portal under the mods part of the forum, almost an entire sub-forum. I create mods two, how would I make my own section of the forum like theirs?
Example:
viewforum.php?f=219
How is this done?

It is mostly a legacy feature, we don't generally create sub-forums for modders any longer
