Set filter inserter priorities from filter order

Suggestion:
The filter inserter item selection priority should depend on the order of filter selection.

Current situation:
The filter inserter selects to items from the last stack in the box which matches the filter selection (right to left). This can be random depending on the insert order of the items to the box.

Suggestion:
Select the items from the box depending on the order of the filter selection list (left to right).

Improvement:
The player can select a defined priority for items to be transferred. The order does not depend on an external state which may not be controlled by the player.
