Display a number value in game

Hi,

Can anyone know what the digital display in the below image is? I found it whilst looking into counting items on a belt but can't find it in game or as a mod. Image is from this thread: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=54133

Otherwise is there anything else like it? - Thanks!
