I have a real problem with science pack 2 production and after testing some ideas i came up with this:

First thing should be to consider the actual required ratios of assembly machines for the different intermediates and directly insert wires in the machines producing green circuits.
You can search for pictures of any material to get close to perfect examples for production setups, but finding working ones and improving them is a big part of the fun in the game that you will miss out on.

If you dont want to calculate and such things just do it the easy way: try.
Build first one of each, look if its enaught, if not add more. and so on...
