[0.16.48] Massive FPS/UPS drop when having blueprint open

Hi devs,

When I open one of my blueprints FPS/UPS drops to ~30. Can reproduce it video of it: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1V-TU6 ... RKGo5QwTmE
As You can see, when i change to other blueprint issue doesn't occur.
