I placed the belts in the configuration shown but the bottom right belt is placed LAST
the belt-end graphic should be the back of the belt not the front
it will happen all the time

Can confirm in Vanilla [16.42]
Not game-breaking or terribly important, just something people with OCD might fuss over. (This isn't a personal jab at anyone, just a general statement )
Also, the order in which one places the belts is important, and contrary to OP, the "glitched" belt needs to be placed first and then the rest.
Type of belt is irrelevant. Affects all.
I doubt the log or save file is really necessary, this could be reproduced on anyone's [16.42].
But for future reference OP, its best to title your reports as "[Version.Number] Short Description Of Bug Does Such & Such " and then upload your log files located in the %Appdata% --> Factorio folder,
titled "factorio-current" and "factorio-previous". Apparently it helps. Also don't forget to mention what mods you are using, as they sometimes are the culprit. In this case its a moot point.

Probably a simple fix for the team. Have a look at the shadow sprite atlas layering for belts in different positional combinations.
