Fullscreen toggle shortcut

Hi guys,
I'd like to have a Fullscreen / window toggle shortcut. For standard Windows apps it is [Alt] + [Enter]
Currently I'm playing with 0.9.8 and this is the most stable and complete Alpha I ever "tested"
