[0.16.36] Water graphics issue

Hello everyone.

I've update Factorio from 0.15.40 to 0.16.36.
Start the game.
I've created the new world and see the water texture is above the ground.

Setup the LOW or HIGH graphics settings won't affect.

Thanks for the report however I can't reproduce what you're seeing. When I load up the save it looks exactly as it should: https://i.imgur.com/gmUFe6L.jpg

Try going to %appdata%\Factorio\ and deleting crop-cache.dat and see if that changes anything.

I have not tried to reproduce the issue yet, but what I immediatelly noticed is that you have very old GPU, and you'd be better off removing it from your PC and gaming on Intel HD 4000 that's integrated on your CPU, than gaming on Radeon X16xx series. The Intel HD4000 is about 4 or 5 times more powerfull than Radeon X16xx

Deleting the crop-cache.dat don't fix a issue.
I change the main graphics adapter to Intel HD4000l and water was render perfectly.
