Idea: global map Scroll Speed

Hey there all,

The new option to use the global map to place ghost-items and use blueprints is absolutely awesome, I used it to rebuild my entire factory.
One thing i noticed was that the global map scroll very fast, and when you're zoomed in to the max, it get annoying wanting to go slightly to the right, but the map goes a lot further than intended.
