[16.25] Crafting settings gets lost after game restart

I am currently attempting the lazy bastard achievement. So I changed my default Control settings for Crafting to prevent accidentally crafting something. This is my current settings:

But when I restart the game the setting is lost:

That is frustrating because although I don't need crafting I cannot use assemblers either. Clicking on items in an assembler configuration when trying to update the assembler is not working. Even though it has nothing to do with this control settings.
