So, this is not really a bug, more an annoying behavior.
When biters attack turrets, an alert goes off, and it displaces the alerts already there, for example the logistic 'bots don't have the materials' alert.
This is very annoying; in a factory that is attacked a bunch, I need to move my mouse the whole time to check what the bots need.
Alerts from speakers appear at the end of the alert-queue, so that's nice.
A fairly simple solution would be to add each alert to the right of the queue, instead of moving alerts already present.
Also; a distinct alert per logistics network/speaker alert would be nice.
