Game build as connected cities

I'm building a "city game" with many specialized outposts linked with railways system, and each outpost has it owns logistic network.

In order to feed these outposts I've a train which visits every cities to supply facilities as belts, inserters, ... and robots !

This is quiet automated with circuit network, I define my facilities requirement on a constant combinator, then I allow fully dynamics filters on my servitude train's unloader based on my requirements and the current content into the logistic network :

I'm facing a problem to supply robot to my city : I can't output from my roboport both logistic content and logistic statistics? I need the second one to add the correct robot's filter to my unloader...

I could add a second roboport I know, but I would prefer a smarter way...

Do I miss something to allow both output? (they are not contradictory, further the logistic's statistics signals are configurable...)
Is there any mod to allow it ?
Do you think about other way to do it?
Furthermore do you have any threads about cities game to advise me?

If your network is that small, just connect each chest to get the contents.
