[mod portal] New mod portal has no custom licence option

As the title says, there is no longer an option for a custom licence to be defined when uploading a mod.

Please re-add this option.
Creator of Bob's mods. Expanding your gameplay since version 0.9.8.

Thanks for the report. For now that's intended. We may change it in the future but HanziQ and the others decided to not allow custom licenses.
