Nuclear Energy

In reading the forums, instructions and watching videos. I'm unable to see what I'm doing wrong. I seemingly have enough nuclear reactors but continue to have energy issues. I'll go from more than enough energy, to five minutes later not enough. I've attached screen shots. Please advise what I'm doing wrong.

The graph shows only 3 turbines, so I believe the rest aren't connected, check the electric poles.

Edit: and I can't be sure from the images, but it seems the right pump isn't connected to the boilers.

And right-top side set of turbines seem to have no connection to any heat exchangers.
Hard to see pipes/wires on screen shot so might be missing something.
