Mod Portal having issues ?

Today I cannot connect to the mod portal from the game or when I connect and then try to update my mods it fails downloading.
This has never happened before and the same issue is true on all my computers. I have no internet issue with any app or games either as I tested to rule that out.

Can you please point to the post that it is a duplicate of ? The reason I created that post is because I did not see one about it at least recent
