FPS Drop No UPS Drop

FPS Drop No UPS Drop

So a long while ago I was playing a world with a friend and he couldn't connect to the world so I suggested he host. When I joined the world he had hosted I had a drop in fps. Now on the day that I'm posting this he told me to check if my UPS dropped and it didn't. The UPS stayed at 60 and my fps would drop. I now have to play in a small window to not lag. Is there anything I can do to fix this because I would really love to know.

I'm going to suggest posting the info requested in viewtopic.php?f=7&t=51319 . Atm there really isn't enough info to know why your fps is dropping.
