[kovarex] [0.16.x] Blueprint window alignment

Minor issue with the placement of the blue print window.

Have a main blue print inventory with a screenful of items (6? rows).
Have a blue print book with a small number of items (4).

Open the small blueprint book from the main inventory and without quiting the blueprint book, close the window (Key: E).
Open the blueprints directly with Key: B - the small book opens, use the Up arrow to navigate back to the main blueprint window and it appears 1/2 way down the screen with some items over the bottom of the game window.

Hope that makes sense, It can be "fixed" by opening and closing the blueprint window.
