[0.10.9] No background main menu after victory

After getting a victory with Rocket Defense in a freeplay game, I finish and return to the main menu, but the background is black. Choosing one of the menu entries will refresh the background.

I tried to reproduce it in 0.11.16, but it worked correctly, so I guess it is already fixed.

so victory was already possible?

for my idea i have played the game to the end 3x.
placed down rocket defence, opened gui, pressed the button... waited noting happend, just left it sitting. continued playing. never saw any victory screen...
